Pact is currently looking for 2 Full time and 3 Casual Community Support Workers to work in our new Intellectual Disability team in Cromwell and a Part time Community Support Worker for our Supported Independent Living team.

The role
Join our new service where you will engage with clients from all walks of life, to enable them to live every day to their fullest.
You will need to support them with varied tasks & goals.
Your days may vary, but will consist of:
- Engaging with clients
- Setting and achieving individual personal goals
- Supporting them with activities of daily living
- Ensuring support with medication and considering client needs
- Supporting social and whanau connection
- Motivating clients to know they have purpose
- Most importantly supporting them to have fun and live fulfilling lives
Our starting rate is $24.78 an hour and increases to $29.10 after completing your Career Force Level 4 qualification with us, which is on the job based training.

1 Full time - Monday-Friday 3-11pm
1 Full time - Tuesday-Friday 11pm-7am awake night shift - Friday – Saturday 3-11pm
Also 3 Casual positions available
Hours/Shifts in SIL team:
1 Part time – Tuesday – Friday 9am – 5pm
