About the Role
The purpose of this role is to foster excellent clinical care ensuring patient and staff safety.
You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of areas, innovate, implement change, streamline practice, and network widely.
We are looking for a Clinical Nurse Educator to step into this 0.5 FTE permanent role to support new and existing staff to advance their clinical skills while planning and
implementing workshops, facilitating mandatory training, and supporting professional development.
The salary bracket for this position will be: $114,025 - $121,444
About You
You will have considerable post registration experience and professional credibility in the clinical setting, with confidence and passion for supporting and developing a safe workplace for patients
and staff alike.
You must have first-rate knowledge of relevant professional standards and regulations plus superior written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
You will have the ability to build relationships quickly and gain an understanding of the educational needs of the workforce.
It is essential that you are a Registered Nurse with a current practising certificate, either hold, or be working towards an appropriate postgraduate qualification, and hold, or ready to submit, a current
PDRP.
