Queenstown

Due to rockfall safety works, including rock blasting, there will be intermittent holdings of traffic in both directions for up to 10 minutes on weekdays between 8am and 5pm from Monday 13th May and Friday 14th June, excluding Kings Birthday, Monday 3rd June.

Delays of up to 1 hour can be expected when blasting work is required.

This is only likely to be required once or twice.

Plan your journey and expect delays.

These works are weather dependent and may be postponed at short notice.

Cromwell

Temporary Road Closure – Butcher Drive - Cromwell

(Pursuant to the Transport Vehicular Traffic Road Closure Regulations 1965)

The Northern end of Butcher Drive by Cromwell Mall in Cromwell will be closed between Knowles Crescent and John Street on 13th May 2024 to 15th August 2024 for tree felling and demolition works.

Access to the Cromwell Country club and Butcher drive will still be available via Barry Avenue.

Clyde

Temporary Road Closure – Clyde Bridge – Matau St – Clyde

(Pursuant to the Transport Vehicular Traffic Road Closure Regulations 1965)

Clyde Bridge (Matau Street) will be closed Between 20th and 24th May 2024 for Bridge repair works.

A detour will be in place via Fruitgrowers Road - Clyde Dam Bridge - and Sunderland Street.
